Join Humboldt Baykeeper at the North Jetty to intersect garbage migrating to the Pacific!
Earth Day is a time to celebrate our beautiful home, planet Earth! Bring your friends and family to the North Jetty parking area from 10-1 pm on Sunday for some good clean fun. Humboldt Baykeeper and Humboldt Surfrider volunteers will be cleaning up both the Bay and coastal side of the Samoa Peninsula. Bring water, closed-toed shoes and garbage grabbers if you got them! In an effort to reduce our plastic bag use, please bring 5-gallon buckets for trash collection. We will be consolidating the garbage and properly disposing of it.
